Unit7 On the farm

教学内容 Story time

教学目标

知识目标 

1. 学生能听懂,会说,会读单词farm, , pigs ,cows , chickens ,ducksthose, these, theyre.

2. 学生能听懂、会说、会读句子What are these/those ? Theyre

3. 学生能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语Welcome to my farm.

能力目标 

1. 学生能借助图像和录音理解对话内容。

2. 学生能熟练朗读对话,在理解对话的基础上进行仿例对话。

3. 学生初步感知句型What are these/those? Theyre…并准确运用。 情感目标 通过农场动物的讨论,丰富学生生活经验,激发学生热爱大自然,热爱生活的情感。 教学重点: 能正确地理解并朗读对话内容,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试表演对话。 教学难点: 通过学习Story time,能比较流畅地朗读对话,并能运用所学对话描述。 教学准备: 多媒体、PPT、水果、图片

教学过程

Step1: Pre-reading activities

1. Welcome to my English class.

2. 游戏导入,引入话题 Play a game:  Lets jump T: Boys and girls, do you like playing games?

Ss: Yes.

T: Now lets play a game Lets jump. Do you know this game?

Ss: Yes.

T: When you see the pictures, please say the words out. Are you ready?

S: Yes. T: Lets go.  Ss: apples/ oranges/ bananas/grapes/cherries/ducks/lambs/cows/pigs

T: Look, this is a picture of a farm. 新授: farm 通过“跳一跳”小游戏复习以前学过的水果类和动物类单词,引出话题的核心词汇farm.

And today we are going to learn Unit 7 On the farm.(揭示课题并带读)

3. 歌曲欣赏,适当铺垫

a. Meet a friend

T: Look, heres farm. Whose farm is it? S:

T: Oh, the old mans. Who is it? Lets listen to the song.

b. Enjoy a song <Old MacDonald>

c. Lets learn 铺垫单词和句型

T: Whose farm is it?  

S: Its Old MacDonalds.

T: Look, this is his farm. What does he say?

音频播放并新授:Welcome to my farm. (板书贴图)

d. 新授单词和句型。

T: Oh, he has a beautiful farm. Look, whats this?

S: Its an apple.

T: How many apples can you see?

S: Five apples.

T: These are apples. (带读并板书)

T: What are these? (呈现句型What are these? Theyre…)

S: Theyre oranges. (带读并板书)

T: Listen! What are these?

S: Theyre ducks. (带读并板书)

T: Look! What are these?  S: Theyre chickens.

T: Look, what are those over there? Are those apples? (呈现句型What are those? Theyre…)

S: No, they arent.

T: Are those oranges?

S: No, they arent.

T: Lets have a look. What are those?

S: Theyre pears. (带读并板书)

T: Listen! What are those? Are those ducks?

S: No, they arent.

T: Lets have a look. What are those?

S: Theyre pigs. (带读并板书)

T: Look! What are those? Are those pigs too?

S: No.

T: Lets have a look. What are those?

S: Theyre cows. (带读并板书)

e. Lets chant

T: You see some animals and fruit on the farm. Lets chant.

Ss: (1)手拍节奏,师生示范一次 (2)出示一空的,让生Make a new chant (3)2组生说

Step2: While-reading activities

1. 情境导入,进入文本

T: Look, this is a farm too. Whose farm is it?

S: Its Liu Taos grandpa.

T: Today someone comes to the farm. What does Grandpa say?

S: Welcome to my farm.

T: Look! Who are on the farm?

S: Liu Tao and Mike.

T: Mike is new here. What does Liu Tao say?

S: Grandpa, this is Mike.

T: What does Mike say?

S: Nice to meet you.

2. 分层任务,体验文本

a. Try to imagine

b. T: Grandpa shows them around the farm. Try to imagine whats on the farm?

c. S:

d. Think and say (P1&P2听录音,获取信息)

T: Look, They go to see the animals first. What are the animals? Lets listen and say.

T: What are the  animals?

S: Some pictures and some cows.

T: Look at the pictures. Which are pigs? Which are cows?

S: Point and say

T: Yes, these are pigs. Those are cows. What questions does Mike ask?

S: What are these? What are those?

T: How to answer? What are these?

S: Theyre pigs.

T: What are those?

S: Theyre cows.

e. Try to say (P3&P4看图编对话)

(1) Make a dialogue

T: They see some pigs and cows. Then, they go to see the fruit.    Look, where are they?

S: Theyre in the fruit garden.

T: What are they talking about?  Can you make a dialogue? S:

(2) Watch and check

(3) Lets read

Step3: Post-reading activities

1. Read and imitate  (出示小提示:注意读出故事中人物的情绪)

2. Paste and say  根据课文内容完成板书贴图,并尝试介绍农场。

4. Make a new dialogue

Mike learns a lot of from farms. He wants to take his sister to the farm. So next Sunday, Mike and Helen will visit the farm. What can they say? Please make a dialogue.

1.Listen to the tape and read the story fluently.跟录音熟读课文

2.Act the dialogue with your friends.和朋友们一起表演对话

3.Search more words about fruit or animals.查找更多关于水果或动物的单词
